An exchange is only available if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchange delivery will be done within 3 business days..
📦 Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:

You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

You must share clear images or videos of the damaged/defective product with your exchange request.

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 working hours.
🚚 Pickup & Replacement
Once approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled (wherever serviceable), and a fresh replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 working days after we receive the returned product.
Return must be made within 7 days .
Replacement delivery will be done within 3 days .
Once the refund is approved , Amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days .
